Supreme Court Dismisses Atiku On October 26th, 2023, the Supreme Court made a definitive decision on the appeals of Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi, solidifying the earlier judgment by the tribunal.

Chief Justice John Okoro’s lead judgment was backed by the other panel members, resulting in the dismissal of Atiku Abubakar’s appeal contesting the presidential petition tribunal’s ruling. Additionally, the application by Atiku to present Tinubu’s credentials from the CSU was rejected.
