Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova announced that the visiting Secretary-General of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), Feridun Sinirlioglu, would be taken to a site in Moscow where Ukrainian drones were intercepted during a large-scale raid on Tuesday. Russian state news agency RIA Novosti reported Zakharova’s claim that Kyiv’s drone attacks on Moscow were indicative of Ukraine’s struggles on the battlefield, leading it to target civilian areas directly.
Meanwhile, Russia’s Chief of General Staff, Valery Gerasimov, visited troops stationed in Kursk, where he awarded medals to soldiers credited with expelling Ukrainian forces from the region, according to the Russian Defense Ministry.
